Community Housing Snippets

The Community Housing Federation of Australia (CHFA) and the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare (AIHW) are currently working to improve the availability of data relevant to community housing. The work is being undertaken as part of the National Housing Data Agreement Community Housing Communication Strategy.

Part of this work involves establishing a website page that provides information on the sector taken from the various data sources. It will also act as a way of providing details of information development work occurring in the community housing sector as well as giving the opportunity for feedback on information issues to be provided.

	Snapshot on community housing Information on the community housing sector, including size, models of delivery and tenant characteristics.
	Development work Up to date information on current projects being undertaken for the community housing sector and details about the importance and use of information standards.
