 Australian Local Government Association (ALGA)
ALGA is a federation of Local Government Associations from each of Australia's six States, the Northern Territory, and the ACT Government.

 QLD Community Housing Standards and Accreditation Unit
A web-based listing of resources to assist community housing organisations who are undertaking accreditation and/or quality improvement. Resources include books, journals, articles and website links sourced from local, regional, state, national and international organisations. Each resource is listed under its relevant Standard/Indicator number as per the National Community Housing Standards Manual.

Australia's official statistical organisation. They assist and encourage informed decision making, research and discussion with Government and the Community, by providing a national statistical service.

 NSW Affordable Housing Service
The Affordable Housing Service (AHS) within Planning NSW aims to develop long-term affordable rental housing for low-income to moderate-income households. They seek partners in the private, community and local government sectors who want to develop such projects.

 Department of Housing and Urban Development (USA)
This Government site offers homeownership programs, information for housing industry groups and not-for-profit organisations. Mainly based on public housing.

The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) is the Australian Government's principal source of advice on social policy. FaHCSIA works in partnership with other government and non-government organisations in the management of a diverse range of programs and services designed to support and improve the lives of Australians.The Housing Policy and Support branch is responsible for funding CHFA and adminstration of our activities.

The Ministry of Housing covers all the WA State government's housing functions.

 South Australian Community Housing Authority (SACHA)
The role of the Authority is to administer the SA Co-operative and Community Housing Act 1991 and the Housing Co-operatives and Associations Program. SACHA promotes and supports the development of community housing, registers and regulates community housing organisations, funds community housing organisations and support services and conducts research educational and training programs relating to community housing.
